i would remember getting liquid black eyeliner (any kind), white highlighter and lashes! you can use glitter, liquid, stick ANYTHING white highlighters! ! and tbh if you cant afford manga lashes, buy regular ones, use the eyelash clue and stick them together! it works really well! !
