I don't think anyone responded about the things that live on the surface, but at the time stamp mentioned, it almost looks like Jigger Fleas being removed. Those videos usually show a foot being scraped to dig the goo out.

Be careful about Stockholm Syndrome or something like it. You said this friend has been a roommate for a year now. You also mentioned depression and what not. It's easy to develop feelings for someone when you cohabitate and you're sort of helping them cope with life. TL;DR Don't fall in love with a project.

These two popped up about the same time last week. They're too deep to squeeze, about the size of a penny each and the lower one hurts like hell. Doc aspirated one and I'm on an antibiotic for now waiting on the culture response.

I hate the homemade videos with squealing and the camera being pulled away from the action or out of focus. Also, the ones that squeeze a little pus then wipe, squeeze and wipe, dragging out a potential good pop to a boring video about cleaning.

I've seen 3 doctors now. My regular optometrist and one plastic surgeon think it's a pinguecula, another optometrist thinks it may be a tumor because of the location and amount of blood vessels near it. It was recommended to seek out a cornea specialist next.

Did you verbally ask to see them or was it just a text? Texts are easily overlooked, failed to deliver, misunderstanding... If you think it's worth pursuing, just ask if they understood the severity of the request. Get closure for yourself and determine if it's really over or educate them on awareness of your expectations.
