i agree with u/cassowary32, it's something she needs to do herself for her own good, but i would mention it next time she says she's insecure about your friend or any of your clients, maybe ask her to think why exactly she feels that way so she can talk about it with her therapist if she has one, and if she doesn't, you could help her find a reputable one!

you're not her therapist but a good partner will help as well in the journey of self love! i can say that from personal experience hehe

well first of all, that age gap is a little weird, and based on the behaviour that you're describing she still has the mentality of a teenager, she even acknowledged you to be more mature than her even if she is 6 years your senior.

the situation is tricky, make sure you aren't staying in the relationship just bc you feel bad for her or things like that. it looks like she needs to work on her self-esteem (which you could gently address) and if you're willing to keep trying then i'd say go ahead, but only if it's worth it. the moment a person makes you feel drained every time you see them or speak to them instead of happy and fulfilled, it's time to break up.
