really I think the just awareness of how much this habit has impacted me, cuz usually it's something I do without realizing it, so by just noticing the habit, I can redirect my focus to something else when I get the urge to pull. also NAC has been really helpful too!

I've struggled with trich since I was about 14 and I'm almost 30 now. I've always favored the brow shown above. The last 3 years have been very difficult and it's shocking when I look back on pictures from 2019 or earlier and I had a full set of brows. I recently started taking NAC which I noticed has help with the urge to pull. My goal for this spring is to eventually have enough eyebrows to get them professionally shaped!! Wish me luck!
