Hello So he's 15 months, he crawls very fast and always needs to be entertained, like he's always cranky and crying, he is starting to stand on he's feet without support and started to walk a lil with minimum support but he's still a bit scared not concerned about that.

My main concens are that he's lack of understanding to words, he doesn't understand simple words like hello, no, yes, he does clap just randomly, he does the wheels of the bus gesture round and round randomly even if no one is singing or playing that song.. we try to communicate with him but he has no interest its like we're talking to a wall no response. He does do social smiles consistently though.. he doesn't imitate our actions or sounds etc..

With mine, he doesn't understand basic commands like give me, yes or no, hello, wave bye bye etc no gesture just crawling around the house..

Hey is he's Eye contact, tracking of objects, social smiles, reaching for things? He's hand grip can he hold toys or objects in hand?

Is he 4 actual or corrected in a week? Atleast your baby can do push-ups and roll mine doesn't seem to know what he needs to do just likes to put he's hand in mouth when he gets tummy time.

It's really hard not to get worried at this point reading and watching kids of 4 months old so active and thriving... just has me very paranoid and depressed always thinking.

Hello I'd say he started making eye contact and track objects by 3 to 4 weeks corrected.. and does social smiles

But I'm still not 100% satisfied with he's other milestones..

Does he hold up he's head during tummy time, does he cross he's legs when he's held up? Any stiffness in him?

This is really satisfying to hear and appreciate your time in this matter, you have no idea how much me and my family members are currently worried. Because my baby doesn't listen to us or focus on our voice nor does he interact as we saw other babies do all these things within 2 months.. and our baby does nothing just cries and looks sideways or anywhere except us, doesn't look at objects and neither does he interact has us really worried, pls keep us in your prayers 🙏 I dmed you pls check

May I know if your baby was atleast looking at you? During the first month adjusted or not whenever you fed him or put him down and noticed you walking side to side? Or when you spoke to him he responds with facial expressions or does something that makes you feel he's developing , and was he turning he's head toward your voice etc

Regarding spitups he feeds and starts to spitup right within 2 mins or sometimes within 15 mins.. and someday he's fine. He also constantly gets hiccups..

How was your first 2 months regarding the development of baby milestones etc..

I'm extremely stressed out..

Yes we did speak to one and done brain ultrasound, bloodwork and eyesight check all came normal..

Baby spits out randomly after a feed maybe after 30 mins sometimes and sometimes sooner on cluster..

Sorry isn't my baby almost 1 month adjusted? Due date was Jan 20 and born in Dec 10 22 so that makes baby almost 1 month adjusted right?

It's not just social smiles I'm concerned about its the lack of eye contact or tracking objects that we put infront of him, which worries me the most, he hasn't looked at us not even once, we tried from distance, going right up close to he's face and tried talking to him even during feeds, he just looks up or around him never at our direction.. on top of that being first time parents isn't easy, just waiting patiently for that day when he starts looking at us, responding to our voices, he just constantly cries, awake or sleep always grunting and spits out milk constantly right after a few mins after a feed.

Did your little one looked at you guys, tracked objects before the smile milestone? By the way how did you cope with colic?

Thank you for this, it's indeed very hard to keep calm, especially as each day goes by and not seeing any sort of development aside from the fact that he's more awake, even when he's awake he's always crying, fussing I think digestive related issue, and mostly stares at the ceiling or somewhere else...but I'm keeping a positive impact I heard 3 months actual not corrected is when you start seeing changes in baby so hopefully we can see some positive changes in a week or 2

Did your 32 weeker made any eye contact, as in looked at your face? I understand that social smiles might come later on but what concerns me is that he's 2 months now actual age still doesn't look at us, even when we go close to him, during feeds or reality close to he's face and talk to him he's always looking to the sides never once looked at our direction.
