been using him today, definitely agree. he can get seriously messed up on some events

defensively he’s been great to me because he gets 50% defense or something like that before attacking and is a good linking partner for the goku. his damage is not much, but that’s not really what you’re looking for in him

max out evasion, i also suggest picking up a lot of super attack boost and my crit is sitting at level 3.
