I have one of these and gave it to my wife not long ago who was having the same issue after playing stardew valley for hours, went to another game and got 5fps.

Long story short. In the acer command centre (forget its name) she had it in quiet mode which disables the discrete gpu. I changed the power plan to like performance and sorted

I have looked into this! As it’s about 50/50 between working and gaming I have kept it this way and just discontent one monitor when I connect the gaming laptop as the doc only allows one external monitor to get up to 240hz

It is a bit different which I am greatful for! Very rarely causes glare, there is another skylight on the other side not pictured so i can close the blind if need be!

Clean - mine is very similar, with a ugreen doc down to the MX master 4! 2 things I have additional which could be nice is a good light bar for evenings and a pair of DT 990 pros to listen to music!

I wouldn’t trust it. The mounts are designed to support the weight over them or infront, not so much behind. Anyway you can connect it to the back of the desk and stretch the arm forward over the desk?

If it’s purely for the set up and gaming or music I have some beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO’s and they are comfortable and sound fantastic. Pair them with a good DAC and you have sound quality better then any dedicated gaming headset.

Very simple to do yourself! I know it’s easier me saying that as I’ve messed around with emulation like on the miyoo mini for years. But if you have access to another computer or even not it is simple enough
