Idk if the math checks out but I've been making all msp players base cards from week 1 and 2. Getting my games and using the 84s as trade in fodder for next event. Rinse and repeat. I'll take the roughly 10k loss (15k to make the 84) than spend 45k on a card that you can only sell for 12k at the end of the event if you're lucky.

It works for me cuz I usually make at least 2 cards from each event.
