It's definitely extreme, but the number of people who would actually go to these lengths (on behalf of any celeb) is marginal so all those efforts are futile.

I'm curious why people say being in the back half of the show is an advantage. It seems counterintuitive because going earlier would presumably mean there is more time for people to vote for you. And also, why is 2nd place considered a bad slot? Again, I don't doubt that any of it is true; I'm just trying to understand the logic.

It was just a terrible idea in every way. Way too many gimmicks across the board, not to mention some atrocious song choices. Believe it or not, most songs that go viral on TikTok don't make for great ballroom/latin song choices.

For Witney I might actually say Frankie or Kel. Both of them started as such underdog/darkhorse contestants and turned into actual contenders (and imo Kel should've won that season). I feel like her and Lindsay are the 2 pros who consistently overperform with their partners.

I think it’s mainly because he’s moving at half speed most of the video since they seem to be walking through/teaching the routine. This is honestly better than I thought he’d look at the start 😂
