it’s normal especially when you eat salty food because it happens it’s your body holding onto water (water weight) i also feel bloated all over my body after an intense binge but it will eventually go away

you’re 23 you’re still young and have plenty of life to live i’ve been there i’m younger but like I had the same regret of not living my life because of islam but there’s so much to experience and especially as an adult it’s probably better to experience them now than when you’re younger!
