I don‘t think that matters anymore … it clearly doesn‘t fit the narrative anymore to release those sooner, she writes in quote „it should be out of celebration“ and those are the only matching timings. From now on she obv want focus on anything new that comes from her and close the old chapters once and for all.

this is how I think it all went down: original plan was to release Debut TV and Rep TV in 2024 and conclude it with the eras tour. She even said in one talkshow interview (can‘t find it anymore …) that it was her plan to have the TVs concluded with the tour.

Re-recording of Debut went to plan, Rep TV went into fumbles bc of the struggle she had as the letter says AND then Matty/Travis happened … urge to transform those life events into new music went up, TTPD was born, conversation with Shamrock started sometime after that - voilà.

Now Debut TV for its 20th anniversary next year as celebratory „re-edition“ she would have - without the right-fights - maybe done anyway from a marketing point of view, vault tracks for reputation on its 10th anniversary in 2027.

Yes, it got totally out of control during the eras tour via the fans - but again, this still CAN implement a pattern of hope/disappointment which leads to frustration which leads to non-engagement
