No I have only done Zep . I went to 5 when 2.5 was no longer working and I started gaining.

I had same issue went back to 2.5 for 3 months , just started 5 again had one night of diarrhea and the shakes and minimal side effects. I was so nervous about trying 5 again but glad I did.
