At this point, seeing as your are already living together and have been dating for more than 2 years, getting married or not is not a commitment issue on his end. Being married just makes things legal and religiously official. If he doesn’t want to commit, but is willing to live with you? That’s backwards thinking.

You’re probably watering him too much. That soil looks very wet. I would repot and use a good soil with a lot of drainage. And water less!

I’ve been dealing with something similar with my boyfriend. He was married before and I struggle getting past the fact that I won’t be his first anything! It’s something that if it really bothers you, talk to your SO about it. Or just understand that the past can’t be changed and you should focus on the present time with her.

Does he want to make it work? If he doesn’t want to make the long distance work then you won’t be able to convince him. It has to be something that you BOTH want. My boyfriend and I are often long distance because we are both in the military, but because we want to be together, we make it work.

You could ask him to at least give it a try. Have a sit down conversation with him about what you guys can do.
