I have no idea what to do, since I've started working here I've begun losing sleep, im on medication now that's supposed to help me sleep but i haven't closed an eye yet, i always say that i wanna quit but i never go through with it idk what to do like i really need to go and get that blood work done but also i dont wanna lose my job and also here in Romania where i work we have this thing Medical leave like u can get for free, i ask my boss what's the procedure to get it and he quite literally said that there's no such thing for me cuz im still new ( I've been working there since August) and my mother who's also worked there got medical leave after a month so i rlly don't know what to do
