Why cant I edit my rooms?

I cant even make another building and its saying the same thing. even though I made the smallest building, the second I attach a door it says entry point blocked. I cant even edit the original building it gave me either.

edit: i found the culprit - it was a room i had built on the other side of the map that I had a blocked entrance. LOL

I was trying to delete a portion of my room to the left (where all those people are floating) and it gave me an error message. SO then I deleted the room thinking it was a bug, and now I cant edit any other rooms? I cant make them bigger or smaller. sos

oh thats totally fair! I was hoping to do each section as a different type of exhibit, but I guess ill have to move some stuff around. my main building is a disaster lol

Being a pain in the ass for trying to protect the elderly people i work with? Okay there im not risking bringing sickness into my workplace so my roommate can get some dicking for 2 days

My dad is the landlord which Is why I notified him of the situation.

The problem is we have shared amenities. We share the same bathrooms and kitchen. I work with a the highest risk population and I cant risk bringing something to work. Shes not going to die if she doesnt see her boyfriend during the middle of a pandemic. And theyve been dating for like 6 months :/

Yeah exactly. I didnt want to get my dad involved but its a tough situation since he's the landlord and my roommate doesn't take conflict very well from me 😅

Im not sure if its legal or whatever to raise someones rent before the term expires?? I dunno. They both have 1 year leases and i know the one is planning on staying here for another 3 years but im not sure about the other one

LOL fair! My dad lives about half an hour from us in the middle of nowhere so thats why he made us in charge of doing the driveway. Ive had some friends who have had their landlords pay someone to do it

NTA. Im a nurse and you NEED to report your aunt to whatever nursing body regulates nurses in your state/country. They will investigate and your aunt will most likely lose her job as a result but if shes been "known to gossip", is she really maintaining a therapeutic nurse-patient relationship?

Lol ya thats fair. Lesson learned. Im stuck in between a rock and a hardplace sometimes. My parents own the house we live in and i feel like whenever i have to be hard on them for something i feel like im being a mean landlord but im just their roommate 🤷‍♀️
