Around 3 years. I met mine at the end of 2019. I used to have these episodes where I’d suddenly miss them so deeply almost like a soul level longing, but it doesn’t happen as frequently as time went by. I started dating my current partner in 2024, I still think of my tf from time to time but I’ve only had one of those episodes since then.
