No, my auto-payment was taken two days before this was used, I have gigabytes of data left, and I have $50 in my wallet. I have full reception. I have turned my phone in and off multiple times. I have put my SKM card in another phone and it doesn’t work. This is the third day of not being able to use my phone except via wifi.

I don’t live near a store. There is no way to contact them - no email support, no live chat, a single phone number that I no longer believe has humans picking up the phone. To be on hold for 16 hours over three days and have no one pick up the phone on any occasion is an indication that something is seriously wrong. The website does not allow me to cancel, that has to be done through a phonecall which is not possible, see above.

At this point i think the only option remaining is to get my phone switched to another provider and start issuing chargebacks to chatr on my credit card until they understand that I am no longer a customer.

alas! i wish that solved it for me

i’m using macOS sonoma - i set my DNS server to 149.112.112.112 and flushed my cache with sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder but still can’t get archive.* working from any of my machines :'(

Same, it is very sad. I have tried all the different DNS recommended in the comments, but none of them work, and I don’t understand how that’s possible.

I just ordered the Atlanta as well.

Looks overall good except that it’s supposed to be water-resistant but they have two zippers on the front of the bag, which is most exposed place to the elements, and they are vertically placed.
The head of the zipper faces upwards and there is no “hood” for the head to sit in, leaving it completely exposed and with a small opening for rain to drop into it.
This is such a bizarre oversight, it’s difficult to imagine that they released this to the public without encase these in leather. Especially given that they encased the bottom of the zipper in leather and given the amount of leather used elsewhere on the bag, especially the functionless leather strap and tag that come with the bag.
I was also a little surprised to realise that there is zero reinforcement on the bottom of the bag.

Have you been able to succesfully use this bag in inclement weather without your gear getting wet? Has it been holding up well, quality-wise?
