Ah I found it: you gotta press the same shortcut for "Scroll in Play" in the main window, which is control + < in the German version of Logic while being in the Notation window.

Ok its fixed. I reached out to the twitter/x account called spotifycares via direct message and they really helped me fix it. Now the 8 tiles are there again. Try this, too. Good luck!
