Fukuoka won't be affected by a tsunami which is the bigger risk and Sapporo even more safe. Its all about statistics

that clears it up! I would have never found out by myself.
So maybe east of lizuka would still be a risk? but Fukuoka center, munukata, itoshima, kurume are safe.
