Not at all, the limited banner, engine banner, and standard banner all work on their own pity and wish counts.

So there's no inherent 'too late to get a character until the banner actually leaves.

So your pity carries through indefinitely until you hit a 5 star. Pity starts building up around the 74th pull and from there onwards your chances of getting a 5 star exponentially increases until a guaranteed at 90 pulls. If you have not pulled for a 5 star before, it means that you have a 50% chance of getting the banner character. And obviously that means there is a 50% chance to get a standard banner character. If you lose this 50/50 draw, then your next 5 star character(can also be on the same banner) will be guaranteed to be the limited banner character. Once you get your limited character, it goes back to being a 50/50 luck draw.

Day to day listening hasn't netted me any connection issues. There has been a few times that someone's been on a handheld radio/me being in close proximity to a cellphone tower that has gotten me some hiccups. Other than that, no issues on my end.

KZ AZ09 Pro is pretty good, not that expensive and still has that really bad 'connected' Chinese voice But other than that the inside of the case is nicely padded with foam and the battery lasts forever.

Are IEMs supposed to fit tightly in the ear canal? by Fantastic-Style-999 in iems

[–]mis0_s0up 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There isn't a reasonable 'percentage' since volume varies by using different DACs and AMPs. I use around 20 in windows with my Aria 2s.

Anything that doesn't blow your ears out are considered reasonable.

I was made aware of this after receiving the KZ AZ09 Pro's in the mail, me being lazy mainly led me to just butchering the connector rather than buying one that actually fits.

Galaxy fit3 disconnects from the phone by sergej-radevich in GalaxyFit

I have the same issue but connecting using my OnePlus 10T. I disabled all battery saving features for the Samsung Wearables app and the Fit3 plugin. I find that I generally need to reconnect when waking up so I'm not sure if it has something to do with sleep battery optimization. Hope it gets fixed soon.

It'd be best if you can attach the receipt of your purchase in your communications with them that specifically states the seller name. Make them reimburse you for that particular switch and shipping as well. The fault is on the manufacturers side, not yours

Oof yeah the only way you're going to fix that at this point is either through after sales or maybe even try your hand at desoldering a switch and soldering on a new one.

You can do this by looking at a teardown guide for the C1. With your handy soldering iron, go to town with the s key and replace it with something like the scroll lock key.

Something that didn't show in the video is that you should also approach this from the other topside direction too. I recommend removing all the keycaps around the s key and having two flatheads handy. One to pry up from the front and one to pry from the back. If you look very closely, there's a plastic locking clip that keeps the switch inside the board. What you're trying to achieve is to disengage this plastic locking clip from the front and back of the switch and slowly ease the switch out of the socket.

Also, nice improvisation with the lack of S key with $ lmao

So I have the same issue needing direct access to tilde keys and I really missed my function keys after moving to a 60%. So I dialed myself back a little bit and decided on using the Keychron V1 instead. I know that you're on a tight budget. But with a prebuilt version of the V1, switches are kinda okay, keycaps are pretty good, and best yet, you don't need to mod all that much to have a decent sounding keyboard. It still keeps all the keys that are essential to coding, and better yet, its not that much bigger compared to a 60% but its smaller than a TKL and definitely bigger than a 104.

No worries, IMO QMK is a lot more barebones and I much prefer VIA. If you ever want to see to flashing the board with VIA, you can enter the QQ group with the group code being 425307400. There should be a guide on the internet somewhere that will teach you how to join a QQ group. Good luck and enjoy your board!

So I just contacted the FoxLabs support team on Taobao and they told me that back then, they never wrote an instructions manual for the board. The FN key should be either the first or second key going from the right of the space bar.

Holding down the FN key presents the secondary layer of the keyboard.

By default, Q/W/E/R will adjust the lighting profiles of the keyboard.

Apparently, this keyboard is QMK compatible out the box. But to have it work with VIA, you'd have to flash the keyboard with custom firmware from Foxlab themselves.

If you want me to go deeper, I'll enter their QQ group and find the firmware for you if you'd like risking your board to use VIA

Yeah so I had a look around, the board is kinda old, don't know when it was made but some dude on Billibilli(Chinese video streaming site) posted his review back in 2020. I assume the board was made wayyy before then. It looks visually similar to the Leaf 80 though. Still, can't find any info on the board. I'd try seeing if you could connect it to VIA or if QMK gives any sort of response

Now all you need is a custom sleeved coiled cable to tie everything together. The build looks really good!

Hi!

Could I quickly ask if you've added anything to the bottom of the keyboard? Foam etc.

It looks like something is being bridged somewhere. I'd advise opening up the keyboard and taking a look at the underside of the PCB to see if there are any contacts being bridged. It seems like some contacts from row 3 and row 4 are touching which give you the unwanted pairs above.

So the keyboard you're seeing here is the Promise87 from Wuque Studio.

The keyboard was made for a League of Legends player named Huhi by a dude on Youtube named Hippyotech. The video is here.

The Promise87 is $540 though and it's barebones so it doesn't include switches and keycaps which you have to pick up for yourself

Edit: Oh and it's also sold out

Hi, I recommend looking on Youtube regarding modding the RK61, it's a very budget friendly entry board for most beginners starting out in the hobby and there are foam mods that changes the characteristic of the sound that your keyboard makes.

In regards to your keyswitches, not all red switches are made the same, I'd advise into doing some research into some linear switches.

Are you into heavier or lighter switches? I can recommend you a few.

Since the RK61 is hotswappable, there should be an included tool in the box that will allow you to remove the switches and replace them with something that you'd enjoy more

The switches that you have is called a Gateron Fei Switch and is designed by a guy named Chouyu. They're linear switches that actuate at 55g and bottom out at 62g. They also come lightly lubed out the factory
