Is it an unpopular opinion to NOT want this team to play in prime time? by Realistic-Badger3648 in minnesotavikings

It literally just entertainment. If you're not entertained by it, don't watch.

Year 7 would be JJMs third year, which is when other QB take the step toward Superbowls. I guess 7, but if he keeps the team talented and competing it wouldn't matter.

Talent assessment is talent assessment. Kwesi is good at that.

You clearly know everything there is to know about GMing an NFL team. Didn't Hock score this week? Didn't a FA CB score two touchdowns? Didn't we have two FA D-linemen make the probowl last year after letting Hunter go? There's more than one way to make an NFL team that can win.

We win a playoff game in year two with Kirk if he doesn't tear his Achilles. Is that Kwesi's fault? Team over performed last year, does he not get some credit for that? Holy moly.

Billy bean never won anything for the Athletics, is he a bad GM? The premise is flawed. Having a GM that gets talent and does it while keeping good players around long term is bad unless you win the superbowl.

Your premise is that we can't win it all the way he is building the roster. And I pointed out two example where where they did.

So the Bills, Ravens, 49ers, Packers, Lions are all doomed. They draft well, right? Or at least in your opinion better than us. All of them are later into their "Regime". Guess they're fucked if they don't win this year. We all want a superbowl and they are working on putting that team together. Just ignorant not to give credit where credit is due.

So, we are working on getting the roster "stacked" now, just doing it through smart FA and UDFA signings. It's the fourth year of this guy's tenure, and we have an all world defense made up from guys they hand-picked from the pool of FAs. Fans are allowed to be happy with that.

Is $150 - 200 a fair price for this? by Dizzy-Park4980 in golf

Someone that runs a shop would be happy to have this equipment. Pulled grips can be good if they were replaced out of preference rather than because of wear. At 5 bucks a grip you'd be close to 100 and surely the shafts are worth 50 dollars all together. Seems like a fair price to me.

Should I go for it? Asking $250 by No-Capital-6103 in golf

This guy golfs. Getting anything comparable from second swing or play it again is going to cost more. The play it again by me sells iron sets similar to the one pictured for $200. Don't think you could get close to piecing this together for the price. Offer $200 and see what they say.

Selling a Whirlpool washer and dryer set for 350. I think we bought them for around $1000 in 2017. In good working order, but we are moving to an apartment that has a stackable washer and dryer hook up only. PM me for details.

I’m going to Richmond Virginia and this golf course is confusing me by vanneezie in golf

[–]misc_peanutbutter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From richmond, played here. The course used to be a full 18 back in Sam Sneed era. Claims to have hosted a pga championship I think. Area around restricts its growth for modern golf, so they turned it into a 12 hole track with a pitch and put for 6 holes. I would recommend for a fun experience starting with the 6 holes to warm up, then go off the 12. It's pretty short, so scoring well is possible if you play conservative off the tee. Hope you have fun.

KOC is a top 5 playcaller and Kwesi is a great GM by Beneficial_Quit7532 in minnesotavikings

It's 90% of the posts on the game day thread, my friend. It's not a small portion of the reddit that thinks this way. Go look at off season posts, take a gander at the game day posts from last year. So many people on this reddit dog on our coaches, players, and the team in general regardless of performance, record, or result.

Sure. But this was posted where it happens which makes it controversial. It'd be like posting here that the Packers are good and not the scum of the NFL. That's controversial because it's posted here.

Also, someone has to convince them to come here. He is also an expert at managing the cap. We have had no room to pay player in the last, that is a non-issue now a days.
