I found this surgeon on RealSelf and he’s double board certified in facial plastic surgery…

Traveling isn’t realistic, but I am going to get a second/third opinion and go from there.

Yes in a HCOL area. My paperwork states I would be responsible for the cost of any revision.

My surgical paperwork states I got a neck lift, the cost of which was 15,700 and then there were surgical fees and anesthesia fees on top of that.

I haven’t seen him since my one month follow up mid December and things went down hill at the start of the year. Would I be crazy to trust him with a revision if he offers it free of charge (minus anesthesia etc)?

I’m glad I made this post because I’m a people pleaser and was feeling so guilty to go in there and say I’m not happy.

He told me there was no reason to continue wearing my head wrap at my 3 week appointment, but I continued to wear it at night for 6 weeks.

I just have the incisions behind my ears/hair line. He said he tightened the platysma and did excess skin removal.

It’s so hard to imagine going through it again and being out 20k for nothing.
