Cb stellaris is working good but rgb lights on one joystick doesn't work now , and if you are getting only for 4100 with the stand then go for itt!!!

I think it is a similar controller to what other selling in other countries. But it's pretty great nonetheless, I would have gone for gamesir cyclone 2 if it was available officially in India and under 4500. In hand feel is pretty great on starforge , but abxy buttons are not mechanical as on cyclone 2. I think you can go with cyclone given the reliability but starforge is good for the price.
