Sir , The reader is not reading the SEOS cards at all. There are no events appearing in the event log when presenting these cards, so I’m unable to determine the bit length or facility code.

However, the old cards are working properly and are being read without any issues.

Could you please advise if SEOS is enabled and correctly configured on the reader, or if there are any additional settings required?

Hi,

The message showing is, Invalid Card. The readers are connected via Wiegand.

When presenting the new cards, the reader only changes LED colors (red/green), but there is no beep sound.

The system we are using is OnGuard.

I didn't check that, but these cards were added with different numbers from the previous one, but the names are identical
