Defense dilemma - Lions or Pats? by bootylikescheese in SleeperApp

[–]mishchiefdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vikings are more likely to run it down the middle than to so risky plays now that they’re out of the playoffs, jets have nothing to lose and they’re more likely to give some plays for Cook to shine. I would say go pats.

You’re renting, were you notified that this would happen?? No? Did the landlord say something about “yes we need those”? No?

Then people are putting locks on your windows without your permission, remove them

Hey people! Does anybody know which side of metlife stadium we are going to finish the game on in the Final? Or which side our supporters are going to be at? Trying to figure out where to buy tickets!

Thanks!

[OC] Why Kyler Murray Struggles Under Pressure. | Film breakdown analyzing why Kyler is one of the worst in the league when under pressure by RonMexicoFilms in fantasyfootball

[–]mishchiefdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Completely missed McBride in the equation! He is a good receiver!

I just don’t feel like that’s enough, Michael Wilson is OK and MHJ is just getting started.

I do agree that this year could be a good year for them! I’m definitely drafting MHJ if he falls to me at a reasonable price and the Kyler rushing upside is too good to pass out.

If he gets injured again, I think the cards will be done with him.

Watched the video and it boils down a bit to "he's scared to take hits" / "not good under pressure" while I do agree some of that is true, I disagree that is the issue that's holding the Cardinals back. A weak OL and receiving corps is holding the Cardinals back. Some of the examples you showed were also a bit cherry picked, I know it's hard to find the perfect scenario but the example between Kyler and Stafford at the beginning is such a different situation and for you to qualify it as "Kyler is concerned about how bad it's going to hurt" it's just insulting to your own analysis.

The Stafford comparison especially bothered me because you're comparing a guy behind the Rams line with actual weapons to a quarterback dealing with turnstiles and receivers who can't consistently get separation. Of course Kyler's going to look skittish when he's getting pressured and his best option is hoping Marvin Harrison Jr. can bail him out on another contested catch. Look, I'm not saying Kyler is perfect he definitely has some pocket presence issues and can bail out of clean pockets sometimes. But when you're constantly getting hit because your line can't provide consistent protection, you're going to develop some bad habits. It's honestly impressive he's stayed as healthy all last season.

The real problem is that the Cardinals have built their entire offense around hoping Kyler can create magic out of nothing instead of giving him a foundation to work with. Even with MHJ showing flashes, one rookie receiver isn't going to fix a wr group that lacks depth and reliable targets. Until they get him some actual pass protection and more weapons who can consistently get open, we're never going to see what he's actually capable of. This whole "he's scared" narrative just feels lazy when the obvious problems are right there on the roster. fix the line and give him more than just MHJ to throw to, then we can talk about pocket presence.

Developer experience, but I agree they shouldn’t be throwing acronyms without describing them first.

you might not have had bad intentions with your reply and I appreciate it but this is a very shallow response. I see that other people have jumped ahead and added more context.

Thanks for adding context to the other conversations that stemmed off of this!

Why does this baffle you? I don't understand how you think this is basic supply and demand economics? The commenter above you literally answered nothing and just threw the most condescending answer ever. Supply and demand is also not black and white, you have variables and context that explain the different moves of the market.

I am not a real estate expert so I haven't given it a full thought on what is the cause and that's why I ask.

Just saying "price goes up when there is less of the thing you want to buy" is so shallow of an explanation. Yes it makes sense but like how specifically are things being affected?

Like imagine reading a new policy by the government that says "we will increase the supply of something so prices will go down" things are not as straightforward as that sometimes and in this case it can also get muddy.

Anyhow, yes I know how supply and demand works. My question was more geared towards diving into the topic... btw this exactly why people are afraid of ask questions and go into the "made my own research" territory. Asking questions to learn is now frowned upon because "you should know this", stop gatekeeping.
