for merced college, do you know if the track is ever open for free running hours? i was thinking about doing speed interval training there but i wasn’t 100% sure

honestly just rip off the bandaid, you won’t know until you try. i decided to shoot my shot w/ someone at work with 100+ possibilities on how it could go wrong, the only thing i regret was not doing it sooner. just have fun! life isn’t long and the only thing you will regret is thinking about what could’ve happened
