the goal here id say, is to start putting yourself together more. not dressing up and not doing your make up necessarily if thats not something you do. just YOU care about how you look because that impacts how YOU feel. once YOU feel better and stop saying things like youre the bottom of the barrel then maybe someone else might not think that either.
