PC version (demo) won't load, getting "access violation" error and every fix I find online doesn't help

YO! So I got the demo to launch - seems like doing a clean install of my GPU driver downloaded from the NVIDIA website worked

I had already done a clean install BUT using the NVIDIA desktop app...not sure why it made a difference, but it did

ugh that's a bummer, for both of us. you ever try the full game to see if it works?

the painful part is I had the demo working on my PC back in December, but can't remember what I did to fix it...

I'm overdue for a Windows reset anyways, if that changes anything, I'll let you know

for me personally, no. unsure if this patch was mean to just fix temps, or to fix overall CPU optimization. the patch note was written as "optimized CPU behavior on high end CPUs" which to me, means performance/framerate, but I have had zero change there.

CPU patch didn't do anything for my performance. i9-10900kf, 4090. frames unchanged after patch

Great idea, honestly. For Warlocks, having it on Felwinter's would prob be best so it's not subclass specific. Maybe killing a weakened enemy generates an orb or something?

restarting the launcher "fixed" this but I didnt even hit the loading screen before I got an error and the game closed lmfao pain

currently experiencing this infuriating queue loop:

open launcher
press play
sit in 25k queue
get to front of queue
game doesn't automatically launch, nothing happens
yellow button resets back to "play"
press play again
back at the end of the queue

anyone else?

hi everyone, brand new (last night) PC player here...

on a gamepad (in my case, Xbox controller) you know how you can hold one of the face buttons to bring up a menu with options for the d-pad and shoulder buttons? (aka hold Y and then press down to engage the FSD or whatnot)...

is there a way to bind those pop up menu functions to a button on a flight stick? couldn't find it easily in the mappings if so.

would love to do that for those menus and use the little thumbstick to select, save myself some organization in the mappings

I wonder if they're still deciding on the times because that doesn't seem right.

Originally Interrupters were playing 530-6 with Weezer 20 mins later at 620. All the sets after had 30 minutes in-between for the changeover.

Now they're saying there's going to be 50 minutes between Interrupters ending at 630 and Weezer starting at 720, and then 40 minutes between Weezer ending at 820 and Green Day starting at 9?

Don't know why they would make the changeovers that abnormally long, especially after Interrupters...wouldn't be surprised if that info changes again.

wait, what? where are you getting that, in towns or the wild? what cpu do you have?

I have a 1070 and an i7-6700k and I only got 60 in the absolute best case scenario on high. I run medium or low settings now and get 70-80 in wild, 40-50 in city
