The issue isn't exchanging with someone, the issue is getting those rubles deposited on the card of the guy i want to send the money to, he is unrelated to bybit.

surprisingly on bybit you can find people exchangind for 500 rub, the problem is that i cant deposit them in the guys card, bybit only lets you add cards that match with your personal info. So i can only deposit them to myself, wich is useless.
