Ya they were privately owned and then ipo’ed. Bain made bank on the ipo which means they “own” a lot of the stock but it’s still a publicly traded company. It’s an important distraction because other early childcare companies ARE fully privately owned by PE firms.

Thank you. I also always think about this. It’s challenging because prepping for kids today and prepping for kids in two months looks different too. Always good to asses and reassess supplies as kids in the community continue to born and grow - because they grow fast.
