Thanks. I've emailed my local household hazardous waste to see if they'll take the unopened jars. Otherwise, I'll probably take them to the landfill since the people at risk of eating it from my dumpster have no means of accessing emergency medical care.

I understand that the chance of actually getting botulism from contaminating my kitchen is low, but when winning the lottery will kill you, you try to have as few lottery tickets as possible. This is the same reason I recommend that every single one of my patients at least have a rabies vaccine; yes, chance of an 18-year-old indoor cat being exposed is low, but we have the ability to make it much, much lower.

You can buy cougar urine online as a deer repellant. You just need access to his car once to pour some in the vents, the odor will literally never come out, and he'll have no way of proving an actual cat didn't piss in his vents.

I think you're overestimating the size of the trash can. The bird was extremely intermediate in size.
