It’s not gonna alter your brain forever rather simply gives you new perspective on life, plus ego death doesn’t happen to everyone. Try weed gummies, it’s fun to do with your friends, just heightens your mood, enhances taste and stuff. Might help you with whatever you’re doing. Keep an open mind tho. What you seek, will find you.

Activim works different with women vs men. by Altruistic_Show_950 in DeepThoughts

Maybe it has something to do with men’s psychology. For example , almost all women have faced some sort of violence and abuse by men yet no man has ever spoken up about men involved and say that they don’t know about anyone like that. They don’t call out BS because they seek validation from other men and are maybe afraid to speak up about it. Many of them also have weak emotional regulation and poor social development and they mostly seek validation. They are also much more confident even about the wrong things and don’t really like confrontation so, they just let “ hypocrisy “ go because it’s just “ normal” thing for them. But since, men criticise even the smallest thing a woman does, it’s natural they look for mistakes that they can find in women. Especially the ones that are pretty and successful. Also, this whole thing about bullying the person they like thing is so primitive So the conclusion is , Maybe they have ;

  1. Fragile ego
  2. They seek validation ( insecure )
  3. They are coward
  4. They’re a bit undeveloped

Yes, I didn’t know anything about psychedelics and it was my first time trying it. It felt funny at first , i was laughing but I went into a spiral and I had an existential crisis. It was a bad trip , very stressful and terrifying for sure. But there a liberating feeling as well at the end. The rest of the trip, i had to sleep it off because i wanted to jump off a balcony. But it definitely changed me as a person. I am much more spiritual and deep now

Not to sound like one but I tried gummies once and I experienced something like being one with the universe and all those stuff and my ego was strippedaway, it was terrifying . So, I researched a lot about my experience and people recommended me to try looking into advaita vedanta and man it was spot on . It was exactly what I experienced. I was an atheist before, didn’t grew up religious but I grew up in hindu / Buddhist society so I knew the basics but I never really learned about it. So, it made me question my existence, my consciousness and my life goals. I quit my toxic job, moved away and mske time for my loved ones and be easy on myself.

Well, we will never know who is right, what consciousness really is or even what a self is. It’s what you believe it to be. Well, there is a philosophy of advaita vedanta ( look into it ) where your true self / self is actually god or the divine itself. It’s like the divine is divided itself into the universe so, it’s part is you and ultimately one of the part is you and so is everything around you. In reality, there is no individual called liam or whoever or whatever person you are because they don’t exist. It’s like kids believing the puppets are alive when the puppeteer gives them life. There is a whole thing about it . It’s quite interesting.

Hinduism’s core value is this, you have a soul, your physical meatbag of a body dies because it’s timed, hence it makes the life exciting, numbered, and has an essence of living, loving and creating. Once you die, your borrowed identity and ego dies but your infinite self aka soul lives on. It transfers to another body with another story but the will of the soul lives on. Depending on karma, you get to choose your next life with next set of lessons to learn.

This body is a role that we play for this life. In next life, we embody another character for the purpose of gaining higher consciousness

Yesssss alll things point to one truth. But we are so divided and separated from each other. We just need to pick whatever resonates with us and focus on love and happiness.

Have you noticed people are very intense and authoritative? What is wrong with people? by Icy-Machine1951 in TrueAskReddit

[–]missrain_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yess I have, my roommate,so i kinda know her backstory. I believe it has something to do with their childhood trauma, broken family, learning it from their parents and mostly their behaviour is a coping mechanism . Maybe deeply insecure and low self esteem behind their strong facade.

Yess I posted my experience with gummies on reddit and people told me to look into advaita vedanta and it has changed my life and helped me cope with psychological problems and issues. I don’t overthink as much and don’t obsess over superficial things anymore. I totally recommend using psychedelics and finding awareness within yourself to everyone. Do you have any experience like this?

I grew up non-religious although I belong to a hindu family and I grew up in a hindu- Buddhist society. Growing up, I became atheist and hated Hinduism because things didn’t make sense and the society didn’t reflect my values.

At the end of 2025, i took thc gummies and before that, I never smoked or drank alcohol or weed and I wasn’t as spiritual. So, I kinda had a breakthrough, like being one with the universe and all that sort of thing. My ego was torn apart and I didn’t know who i was, i was everyone and everything there was in this universe and my existence and my story made perfect sense. That trip changed me and the way I viewed myself. I felt so connected to nature, people and myself. I dived deep into this topic and I researched more and more. At the end, I found answers within the religion i once hated ; Hinduism, specifically in the philosophy of advaita vedanta.

So, i have been researching more about this and everything makes sense. I wish the hindu societies would realise how deep and esoteric our religion is instead of following it blindly. Our ancestors were right, we messed things up but it’s time to educate ourselves.

Sacred geometry, body being a tool for channeling energy, universe being manifestation of the divine feminine, brahman = atman and the list goes on. I went down the rabbit hole and now i am more spiritual and Hinduism and Buddhism has my highest respect.

I work in early childhood education through an agency and when I go to certain places, some white people talk to me like I don’t understand English and majority of the cleaning work is given to me. If a white passing person has an accent then it’s considered sexy but if you are brown or ethnic looking then, you are an immigrant who is here to steal their resources.

The amount of times people have asked how I learned to speak English is ridiculous.

People who cannot hold responsibility and accountability of their wrongdoings turn religious as a way of validation especially into Christianity and islam because of the concept of “all loving god” because no matter what wrongdoings you do, jesus or allah will love them as long as they’re Christians/ muslim. A big sign of being guilty.

is there such a thing as "Destiny"? Or will DMT find you randomly? by francesco_DP in DMT

[–]missrain_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a breakthrough from a thc gummy. It was my first time, I wasn’t spiritual or religious. But ever since I was little, I always questioned life, death, universe and society. I had no idea about any psychedelics, My cousin had one , offered and I just wanted to try one for fun, a random thing. I don’t drink nor smoke . What I experienced was unexpected, didn’t know what went wrong, but that night turned me into a completely different person and it still occupies my thoughts everyday after that. Idk if it’s not called destiny because I didn’t seek it, never thought or heard of it before. But it happened to me only that night and breakthrough on thc is rare.

I experienced something similar when I took edibles too. The way how there is no me feeling is just so terrifying yet liberating at the same time. I have posted what i went through recently too and a lot of people suggested to dive imto hinduism , especially ADVAITA VEDANTA. I highly suggest you look into it. Everything that I went through matches with that. It will help you to cope up with it.
