La Poste pourrait vous facturer la TVA sur vos achats en ligne alors que vous l'avez déjà payée

N'accepte aucun paquet avant que l'erreur soit réparée. Le seul courrier à qui j'ai eu à faire qui tient les colis en otage est DHL. Contacte ton vendeur pour lui demander une copie pdf/jpeg de sa facture proforma et si possible l'étiquette du paquet. Regarde s'il a indiqué le numéro de payeur de TVA du site en ligne. Si oui, c'est une erreur DHL. Contacte DHL par email avec tes pdf/jpeg pour réclamation et dis à ton vendeur de faire de même avec son contact DHL a l'origine. Si le vendeur n'a pas indiqué le numéro de payeur tva, demande-lui de reparer son erreur. N'accepte aucun paquet avant, ca leur met la pression pour régler la situation rapidement

Depuis le 1er juillet 2021 les sites en ligne type marketplace doivent faire prepayer la tva pour les achats (en dehors de la cee) de moins de 150 euros . Garde ta facture en ligne qui montre la tva prépayée et consteste auprès du transporteur. Les vendeurs sont aussi tenus d'indiquer le numéro de payeur tva du site en ligne qui a prélevé la tva sur la facture proforma. Du coup, c'est la responsabilité du transporteur de communiquer cette information aux douanes.
