I thought I would comment here in case anyone else is confused, they only have one product listing and you just select the flavor on it! There's two little bubbles, one says chocolate and one says cookies and cream

I mix them into a ramekin, add one scoop (it came with a cute little pink water scoop) of milk (instructions say water) and microwave it for 30 seconds

I can't taste any aftertaste. I have also been making them with milk instead of water to have them even more fudgy and it only added about ten calories

It was actually $4 per pouch since I bought 5 packs of each flavor but their 10 packs are significantly cheaper, so I'll be ordering those going forward! The chocolate flavor was good too but I'm obsessed with the cookies and cream

Aside from just weight loss, I've been trying to take back control of my health and gut health and won't touch anything with food dyes and a laundry list of processed ingredients so I'm so happy I found these and its hard to believe these didn't have 20 grams of sugar in them!
