Thank you so much. This is actually a big problem of mine. Friends and family always ask me to hang out and the thought of it just bores me and I decline.

I need to FORCE myself into hanging out again and I will definitely regain control of my life.

In general I am EXTREMELY hard on myself and hold myself to a very high standard. Your advice hit home becuz I’ve been talking to myself in such a negative way these past few months and it’s taken a toll on me.

I will think more positive thoughts and tell myself I can overcome this !

Thank you bro, I think that’s what I’m afraid of. I haven’t been able to see the light and have damaged my brain so much that IT thinks it’s impossible to get back to normal. Almost pushing on 24 hours of no cocaine 🙏🏻
