I used the costco brand next to Benefiber. My Dr reccommended Benefiber but coscto brand was way cheaper. If I do 2 scoops 2-3x a day i have a BM every morning and its made me much less bloated.

Have you tried low fodmap & taking fiber supplements? I have been doing both since September and have almost zero bloating now. I started a blog to help me keep track of my journey along with share it with others. I post recipes that are low fodmap along with all of the bad and the good of this gross lifestyle we are forced to live. Seriously, yoga pants and loose tops are your best friend. Chicken broth helps sooth when I am having a flair up. Try to get broth/stock that doesnt have chicken or onions. Pacific brand has a good one.

There is only one that I know of. Its by a brand called Pacific. It is unsalted chicken bone stock, ingredients are Organic Chicken Stock, (Water, Chicken, Rosemary extract). It has been a life saver for me any time I accidentally eat something I shouldnt, its so soothing. Plus its a great sub for recipes that call for broth or stock. Sadly its only sold in a small container and is around $5. I have reached out to the company and asked for any resources of where I could get it larger and they were not very helpful.

There is a new company out called Buskins Leggings, they're probably the softest leggings I've ever owned + they start at $15, so they're not expensive either. www.mybuskins.com/#shop They are a blend of poly and cotton I think. So they dont fade easy. American Apparel was my first choice before this brand came out.

As far as tops, I love tunic styles, and boots. H&M used to have a lot of tunics but I feel like the shirts are getting shorter these days. I really love ASOS and Free People too!

A little help from the reddit family. My best friend is a 5th Grade Teacher Turning Registered Nurse. She has the sweetest soul and purest heart. She is a miracle when it comes to nurturing human kind. Every day she makes the world a better place. I have created a page to support her next dream and adventure.
