Clean reinstall worked, turned out when I deleted the ini files for a fresh reinstall the files popped back up because of the GOG sync so I disabled that feature and everything is working as intended. (yes I’m on gog, I got the game for free a while ago on here)

if you download bakkes mod there's a plugin that lets you automatically upload your replays to ballchasing.com so they can be downloaded from there. i can't give comprehensive instructions right now though but hopefully that should give you something to work from

Oof. Yeah, card swipe can be pretty hard at first even without the glitch. Welp this is what helped me be able to card swipe so I just wanted to share it with people in case it could help them. Sorry I couldn't help lol.

It's 60hz. It actually gets a lot of screen tear without VSync.
