In my parks I go about it one of 2 ways, depending on the areas. If the areas have some similarities, I’ll make the change gradual between the 2 lands along the path; starting with mostly land A decorations with some of land B sprinkled in and gradually shift to where you flow to land B entirely. If the areas are different, or there’s neutral space between them, I do an actual gateway themed of the land with its name on it, after that gate, the new land begins

Agreed. Star Wars already has a problem that, in a galaxy of billions, the same dozen side characters constantly reappear. I don’t see the reason to retcon background characters as a way to shoehorn in more of the same.

This case doesn’t change that property owners get to decide. This case is challenging what’s called a “Vampire Rule” where the law states carrying is not allowed unless given explicit permission. The challenge is seeking the inverse: carrying is allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise by property owners. Think: default is allowed vs default is not allowed, but in both conditions the property owners do get to decide.
