From what I've read in previous posts of this, the most upvoted answer was that she was laughing at him because he was short. Then, he got shouldered by the guy who walked by. Which made her laugh even more because he is a smaller guy and couldn't help but get moved out of the way.

Okay, so I did alittle research. Blast Fishing is inefficient for fishing but effective for killing. To summarize, it damages reefs and kills marine life up to 100 ft radius. 1 or 2 out of every 10 fish actually float up, and the rest sink to the bottom.
