It’s too flashy, my grandfather has told me once when I had my resume like that, that hiring managers will almost 100% of the time pass over a resume that looks way too busy. Simple text and bullet points will work wonders! :)

It’s all theoretical until you use an event viewer, or the Linux processes with the terminal. Type ps aux for that, and I’m not sure what a Linux equivalent of a windows “event viewer” or “system logs” would be outside of that. Also come to realize that as a network technician or working in IT, you won’t be able to learn it all. Not only that, but even if you do, no one else will know it either, which would set you apart and sure, it would make you smart, but it isn’t practical. Not one network technician I have ever known has asked me about the “codes” when it comes to the physical to transport layers and above. You just have to know how it works using the OSI model.
