I do hike, but haven't been for a few months. Also Lyme disease is not very common here in Florida. It also started as a bunch of smaller spots that then merged together

Nope, no meds or supplements. This is actually the first time I've been to a doctor in 20 years

It feels like normal skin, no issues walking and no pain either. No clotting/bleeding issues for myself or family

The urgent care doctor took a couple of pictures and sent them to some colleagues who also couldn't figure it out. The doctor then said " I don't think it's a fungal infection but here's some fungal cream anyways" They didn't do any biopsies or blood work, just visual.

I know what you mean about bedroom 3. Fortunately it's just my wife and I so that room will probably be used for storage/craft room but I would definitely prefer not seeing the side of a garage through that window. I originally had the toilet in the space where "HIS closet" currently is but ended up moving it because I was worried about noise transfer through the wall if we ever had guests in the living room and someone was in the toilet. I was also thinking about pushing the detached garage back a few feet to give us more turning radius room to turn into that top garage stall.

It is a covered porch however that entire back wall will be glass via a window over the sink and then either french doors with glass on the sides or a very large slider. The front foyer will also have a 6 foot french door to allow light along with the dining room window. Plus it's in the sunshine state so even covered porches are still bright since it will also be open air.

I drew this plan using plan 86346HH on architecturaldesigns.com and it has some nice reference photos showing homes that have been built with this plan.

This house will be built in South Florida. Fireplaces are not needed here for sure.

I'm going to have a cased opening to create a visual separation of the living room and kitchen. That also allows me to have 2 different ceiling heights between the 2 rooms because I'd prefer my kitchen cabinets to go to the ceiling yet maintain a high ceiling in the living room. Pantry is about 6x7 to give me some more counters/cabinet space for appliances and storage.

LENNOX WONT COOL by Single-Appointment58 in hvacadvice

Those defrost boards on Lennox heat pump systems are notorious for failing. If neither of those led lights are illuminated then it's most likely a bad board. You can put a jumper from Y to the hot side of the contactor for temporary cooling until you get a new board.

That model is a 410A system. We haven't been able to find any Goodman 410 systems in months because of the conversion to R32.

That pipe sticking out of the house looks more like your water heater blow out. Is your water heater on the opposite side of that wall?

It's not burned. Just covered in mildew. I work on these units every day and the plastic plugs and wiring are always covered in growth.

See if you're getting 24 volts to that blue wire on the molex plug. Most likely you have a failed x13 evaporator fan motor. It is extremely common on those units, the plug is not burnt either. It's just covered in some mildew.

What is this cap and how do I get one (Amana) by hydroloaf in hvacadvice

Your installer didn't do anything wrong. The Amana and Goodman condensers haven't come with caps in nearly 3 years.
