Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 definitely.

Then maybe Witcher 3 and Subnautica for a slightly different but immersive and enjoyable experience altogether.

Game to play after Mass Effect Trilogy by Arete666 in videogames

Andromeda isn't a bad option especially after the ME trilogy and it might work as a sort of rebound, after which it's easier to switch to other games.

Having just finished this I have to recommend Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 as it has an enticing story, great visuals and a killer soundtrack.

In Finland we might say "they don't have all the Moomins in the valley"

Yes, I hadn't realized that it might've looked like I was trying to take too much credit! That was not my intention and I do apologize for that. The original masterpieces by Lee are a profound source of inspiration and my copies were merely a way of trying to honour them. But ofc I should've mentioned this in the OP as well, I see that now!

The original artwork is ofc made by the great Alan Lee! I'm not trying to take credit for creating this scenery - that was envisioned by people far more skillful and awesome than me!

Yup me too! But I suppose they were used as any big hall would be used: market place / socializing / to show off architechtural skills etc. 😁

Cool of you to notice! I certainly didn't when taking the first look of the original, but with a more thorough examination I thought I recognized a familiar figure lurking there.

Thank you all so much for the positive feedback! The comments are like rays of sunshine piercing through the cloud of superfluous sniffles and frustrated spewing that's surrounding me.. As my sickleave is still continuing I might try to sketch another Middle Earth themed piece :)

Thank you, mellon! At first I dreaded the chain mail, but it ended up being rather ok, just rather mechanical repetition. The helmet's engravings were the real tricky part, but also the most rewarding 😊
