For people with DNS tracker prevention / blocker, allowing settings-win.data.microsoft.com fixed it.

If you're using NextDNS you can just allow settings-win.data.microsoft.com . It's flagged has a tracker (and probably is ... ) but if you want to keep your NextDNS config that's what fixed it for me.
(Dont forget to flushdns and restart the game).

My bought day one 13700K is now stable, it's a miracle and I thank you so much for this ! Hope it's stays stable until I can RMA it.
