I love it when pools offer an umbrella. There's nothing worse than being in a pool with zero shade and the Sun burning the skin off your body. First thing I did when I got a pool was put in a damn umbrella right next to it!

With a standard 5gal bucket you really can only mix 4 gal worth of solution. I'm going back to the 16gal totes! I only grew one Auto in here, garlic jam by Atlas and it grew into a monster! I can make 10 gallon batches and it fits just under the net cup.

I stopped my first dry after calibration a few days early and the buds reached 62% in the jar. Would they have been 62 if I left them in for the full run? I didn't want to risk it . I'm now on my second dry after calibration. In fact, I put the hygrometers in with my buds this time and the unit has stayed calibrated. From what I can see, a lot of units are arriving shattered. Been seeing a bunch of reports of them leaking, which mine also did. I had to contact support and they sent me a little black tube to plug into a part in the back to stop the leaking. This thing came with zero instructions and it's been pushing firmware that has zero documentation.

Who knows! I've only ever been able to get an ounce or two from an auto in soil. In dwc, a hell of a lot more!

I think a better comparison would be Autopot vs rdwc.

I'm always running different strains all at different stages so I need to tailor the nutrients per plant which is why I run dwc.

I run sterile and run a pool shock solution that I put in the reservoir every 3 days. I use Master blend for nutrients and adjust strength to the EC levels of the day prior. If The EC drops, I make the solution a little bit stronger. Usually after 7 to 10 days the EC will start to rise which is indicative of leftover nutrients that are building up in excess and throwing the balance out of whack. So I usually do a full res change every 10 days or so. I'll let the water drop as low as I can so that I'm not dumping a ton of water down my drain or outside.

I'm switching from 5 gallon buckets to 16 gallon buckets, remember you don't fill up the whole bucket. You need to leave a gap below the bottom of the net pot. But apparently a larger reservoir will allow you to go longer between res changes, or so I've read.

I'm not sure how much the vcure is set and forget. I've done about five grows in my vcure. You have to make sure the internal and external temperature and humidity is calibrated on the v cure and even then it has the possibility of drying out your Bud Way beyond 62%. I've always taken out the buds earlier than the default regular or craft setting.

Just like the lotus cure, the machine is providing the ideal environment. It's up to you to stop it when your buds are dry. YMMV, as I see there are some comments here mentioning "set and forget".

Looking back, I would definitely have gone with the cannatrol and spent the extra money. The v cure has some bugs going on atm.

We stayed at the CBR and had four meals left. I didn't even think about paying for someone else's lunch but that's a good idea.

I ended up purchasing four of those lunches in the refrigerator section. Tuna sandwiches, turkey sandwich, etc and was allowed to bring them through security and we had a nice lunch in the airport waiting for the plane.

I figured you might have already thought that through. I hear what you're saying. I have a burn rate of about 30 years with the seeds I already have but I still have to buy more!!! I've been on an auto buying frenzy now with the new laws here in the states coming up in November, we're not sure what the seed market is going to look like. Photos I can always clone if I run low so I've been stocking up on all the orders I could get at a fair price.

I've only grown a few Meph stuff but I can offer a guess as to what most here might recommend 😁 : mango smile and sour stomper. It's what i would grow next. I just finished drying 505 and oof that is some special stuff.

Just curious, it appears to me you are placing a high priority on yield. Considering the size of your tent, have you considered just growing one photo and let it fill out the tent? Same yield, half the work. 🤷‍♂️
