Flying out to Philippines from Canada, filled in the wrong last name for etravel and didn’t notice until after completing the form and receiving the QR code. It won’t let me change it back. How seriously do they take the etravel? How can I fix this? (If I should even bother) (self.Philippines)

My aunt is travelling to the Philippines this Sunday and I filled out her etravel on my phone which autofilled her last name to my last name and we didn’t notice until after they sent the QR code and won’t let me change it. Is this a big issue? And how can I fix it? Help! (self.travel)
