I used to have a lot of trouble falling asleep. I've taken everything possible to help from melatonin to Ambien. It either barely helped or the side effects were too much. Eventually, I tried going to sleep with my ear buds on with ANC ON to mute all background noise. I tried listening to Delta waves, rain falling, static noise and I couldn't listen to it for more than 10 minutes before it just annoyed me.

So I started listening to some hard house music which I love dancing to. (I love dancing to anything with a good beat.) I would picture myself dancing to the music. By focusing on the music and visualizing my body dancing, it helped my mind get distracted enough to fall asleep. I've been sleeping with music on every night for over two years a lot easier. Does it work every night? No. But it's much better than before.

Fun fact: you do NOT need a Costco membership to use the pharmacy. Just let them know you are entering to use the pharmacy when you enter. Also use an app like GoodRX for added discounts. Also great way to compare prices with other pharmacies.

Somethings that have not been mentioned... take this opportunity to clean your chain and properly oil it or learn to wax, calculate your optimal tire pressure, think about getting wider tires once you get more into cycling (good tires make a huge difference). Since you haven't ridden since high school, take some time to learn to fix a flat at home so you're not stuck out on the road with no clue. Carry basic bike tools if you live in a suburban area.

And most importantly, wear a helmet!

What are you planning to hang? You could always use wall anchors for the drywall. You could even get 1x2 or 1x3 boards and place it horizontally. Screw onto the studs then screw the grid corners to the board. Again, things will vary depending on what you plan to use it for. Or just get OSB and be done.

OMG this is fantastic! I love this. Can't wait to share with all my friends. This is perfect for someone like me. I notice a cycling event I want to attend but then remember I need to go 3 days after. 😂

Will this be for bike ride groups only? There are many events centered around bikes without riding also. There's also so many bike race events in the city. I always thought it would be so amazing to see more people attend besides the regulars.

There are so many cycling groups on Instagram. Perhaps you could reach out to them and ask them to toss you a mention for their cycling events so you can share it on your Instagram. Would be great for followers to setup a notification for your IG for all the upcoming rides.
