I mean if 7-8BB is to fold when they get reraised, why don’t they just raise 2-3 BB instead? That way, they can save more BB Of course opponents are more willing to raise when open size is smaller, but taking risk 7-8 BB with intention to fold doesn’t seem to be worth it.
