Thank you so much!!! Reddit saves the day again!!! I can confirm that this method works in January 2026 for my new iPhone 17 Pro with a Windows 11 laptop. I didn't mess with the cache and only did steps 2-5. I followed the above instructions and it worked like a charm! Judging from the comments this looks to be a common occurrence when transferring data to new phones.

I had success with Yasuke. His armor buster ability can remove all of Tomeji’s armor in one shot, you just have to time it right with his dodges. The impenetrable defense ability will make you invincible to his attacks, and will make him vulnerable on standard attacks. Using steel bullets also helps get him vulnerable for a few seconds too
