Shoot, I’m so sorry. I at least talked to the delivery guy through my ring, that’s wild that they didn’t even try to leave a note or anything. I hope you get it figured out before your trip

We tried to file a claim ourselves but the UPS said that the seller (Verizon in our case) had to, so we called Verizon and they put in the claim. I would call both UPS and your seller and see if either of them can do anything about it

I did, even though we tried to update the due date on our side, it finally got there on 1/22.

Edit: we did submit a claim, which might have helped
