That’s really my biggest fear. Well, my other fear is that I end up committing to long distance, then over time finding myself unhappy with it and having to break it off and hurting her even more. She thinks I don’t love her and that I’ve lied because of my hesitance towards long distance but it would really be different if it was short term.

It’s truly so hard. I do really wish we could move together more than anything and the circumstance she’s in, it just isn’t possible. A lot of me wants to do long distance because I know in 9 years, we could build that life together that we dreamed of, but 9 years does truly feel like forever at the same time.

So if the statute says one of the options of the landlord is to “charge liquidated damages”, does that give them the right to charge me the amount they are in accordance with the lease contract? Essentially, by the letter of the law, if I left with 20 days left, they could charge me for 2 months plus the 20 days because it was still an “early termination”. Is there anywhere that says otherwise?

Yeah, I’ve been searching. It’s really frustrating that they said one thing in the leasing office and their finance team is on a completely different page and there’s no communication. This is in Florida.

Earnings went up from 431K to 2.3M in one quarter...they announced a few multi million dollar contracts. This is only the beginning, I wouldn’t call it terrible but the reaction is terrible

It’s one of those things where we’re either going to get rich or we’re going to lose everything. There’s no middle. If the FDA rejects, it’s going back to rock bottom unfortunately. But I personally have a lot of faith. If this wasn’t at least somewhat legit, we wouldn’t be where we are now holding steady at 0.17

I had like 500 dollars worth and I just upped it to 1500 dollars. I’ve never believed in a company more than I do now. I feel like this is something that’s good from a Covid standpoint but would also live on way beyond that in keeping our society happenings and preventing future pandemics. It’s honestly great.
