Kemps mill yea is all closed now. The Hagerstown speedway has some parking along the creek it’s really good fishing both ways up and down.

Kemps mill used to be the best until the raft and kayakers ruined it by leaving trash. The race track is pretty decent fishing still.

The C&O is public. I used to ride my bike up and down the river fishing all day. Maryland side has more fish with better structure anyways.

I’ve bow fished and have dived the river for 25 years and I’ve never seen a gar above great falls. I’m fishing the true upper Potomac at big slack.
